4. Orders and Payment

- •We accept payment via credit/debit cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), and cash on delivery.
- •For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery person.

- •We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- •Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
- •Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
6. Returns and Refunds

- •Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- •Software, digital downloads, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable.
- •Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- •Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
7. Warranty

- •Warranty is void if products are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Star Points Program
- •Star Points are earned on eligible purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- •Points are credited to your account after order completion.
- •We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Star Points program at any time.
- •Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
- •Points earned through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
